Lindsay Carroll (G, 5-6, Sr., Roscoe, Ill., Hononegah Community HS, Western Illinois Univeristy)
  • Named to Al Kaly Shrine Classic All-Tournament Team
  • Averaged 22.5 points, 5 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 2.5 steals per game
  • Carroll shot 71.4% (10-14) from the floor, 62.5% (5-8) from three and 71.4% (20-28) at the free throw line
 
As a team...
  • Emily Gustafson joined Carroll on the All-Tournament Team
  • Peacocks split their two games with a win over Western State Colorado and an overtime loss at Colorado State-Pueblo
  • Olivia Winkler averaged 17.5 points and 4.5 rebounds, while Gustafson added 12 points, 10 rebounds, 4 blocks and 3 steals per game.
  • Aleesha Cleaver made her Peacock debut in the second game scoring 19 against the ThunderWolves after sitting out the first game with an injury
  • UIU shot 45.7% from the floor and 79.3% from the charity stripe over the weekend
  • UIU will face Lewis University in Romeoville, Ill. on Saturday, Nov. 22
