Samuels scored the game-winning goal against SMSU in Friday's 1-0 win while leading the match with three shots. The goal came on a free kick from distance; the SMSU keeper got her finger tips on it, but the pace of the shot was too much as it found its way to the back of the net. On Sunday, she assisted Sami Reding on the game-winning goal in a 1-0 victory over USF while taking a match-high six shots and tying for a match-high two shots on goal. Samuels is tied for fourth in the NSIC in shot per game (4.00) and tied for fifth in shots overall (16) in four games.
