Sarah Hull was promoted to head coach of the Peacock volleyball program in November of 2025 after serving as the interim head coach during the 2025 season. She joined the Peacock volleyball coaching staff as an assistant coach in the spring of 2024 after playing for the program as a libero in 2020-22. 

In her first season as the interim coach, Hull led the Peacocks to a 7-9 record. The Peacocks won in her head coaching debut on Sept. 26 against Missouri S&T. UIU also won four out of five games from Oct. 11-24 and ended the season with a sweep over Truman State (Mo.). 

During her playing career, Hull appeared in 166 sets over the course of 49 matches. She made six starts as a defensive specialist, accumulating 348 digs for an average of 2.10 per set. Hull finished third on the team with an average of 2.22 digs per set in 2021 and she recorded a career-high 15 digs three times on the season. She added 32 service aces and recorded 36 assists throughout her career and was honored as the Myles Brand All-Academic Distinction Award Winner in 2022.

A native of Lyons, Colorado, Hull graduated from Upper Iowa in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in exercise and sports studies and a master's degree in sports administration.
