Max Longman joined the Peacock football coaching staff in the summer of 2024 as an assistant and offensive line coach. During his first season, Longman helped lead the Peacocks to a 7-4 record while going 6-2 in the GLVC.

Longman graduated from the University of Indiana in 2023, where he appeared in four games on the offensive line.

Prior to joining Indiana, Longman spent four seasons with the University of Massachusetts, where he served as team captain. During his UMass career, he appeared in 31 games, making 25 starts.
