Upper Iowa University Athletics

Jayden Mitchell joined the Upper Iowa coaching staff for the 2025 season after playing running back for the Peacocks. During his playing career, Mitchell competed in 22 games and ran for 1,265 yards. 

 In 2024, Mitchell rushed for a team-high 803 yards on 147 carries while recording a team-high eight rushing touchdowns. During the 2023 campaign, he rushed for 462 yards and six touchdowns on 92 carries.
