Track & Field
2025-26: Participated in the 300m, 400m and 4x400m at 11 events … totaled 12 top-10 finishes in her events over the season … posted a career-best time of 1:01.40 in the 400m to take fourth at the Rittgers Invitational (4/22) … finished third at the Luther Invitational (2/7) in the 300m with a career-best time of 44.98 seconds … also part of the first-place 4x400m team at the Luther Invite (2/7).

2024-25: GLVC Academic All-Conference … competed in the 200m, 300m, 400m and 4x400m … had a career-best time of 1:03.38 in the 400m and placed second at the Loras Mid Week (4/15) … had a career-best time of 45.62 in the 300m and placed third at the Luther Invitational (2/8) … took eighth in the 4x400m at the GLVC Indoor Track and Field Championships (3/1-2) … totaled 15 top-10 finishes in her various events.

2023-24: Appeared in all 10 meets ... placed first in the 600m at the Luther Invitational (2/3) with a time of 1:46.62 ... placed in the top five in three separate meets in the 800m ... completed the 800m with a season-best time of 2:30.83 at the Liz Wuertz Meet (2/17) ... qualified to the GLVC Indoor and Outdoor Championships (5/2-4) in the 4x400m ... placed seventh in the 4x400m at the GLVC Indoor Championships (2/24-25) with a time of 4:05.26.

Cross Country
2025: Competed in all five races throughout the season and was Upper Iowa’s top finisher in four of them … had a career-best time of 21:56.2 in the 5k and placed 6th at the Trojan Invitational (10/11) … had a time of 22:26.0 in the 5k and placed 6th at the Sauk Valley Skyhawk Invitational (10/4).

2024: Competed in and posted the best time for Upper Iowa in all five meets ... ran her fastest 6K time at the GLVC Championships (10/26) in 26:59.63 ... ran her fastest 5K time at the All-American Invitational (9/14) in 22:47.00.

2023: Competed in all five meets ... ran her fastest 6K time at the GLVC Championships (10/21) in 26:16.30 ... ran her fastest 5K time at the Corridor XC Clash (9/1) in 21:59.80.

2022: Competed in five meets during the season … ran an average time of 26:28 in the 6K with a career best of 25:18 at the Jim Drews/Tori Neubauer Invite (10/15) ... ran one 5K during the season running a career best of 23:17 ... finished first on the team at the Jim Drews Invite (10/15).

Personal: Daughter of Randy and Cathy Sabelka ... studying account and sports administration at Upper Iowa.
