2013-2014: NSIC All-Academic Team ... UIU Athletic Director's Honor Roll ... played in 27 games, making five starts ... averaged 7.0 points, 1.8 rebounds and 0.9 assists per game ... lead the team in three-point (.400) and free throw (.857) shooting percentages and finished ninth and seventh in the conference, respectively ... scored in double figures seven times, including season-high, back-to-back 15 point games on Feb. 14 and 15 against Minnesota Duluth and St. Cloud State.
2012-13: Played in 30 games making 11 starts ... averaged 7.3 points per game while shooting 37.7% (63-167) from the field including 43.6% (41-94) from behind the three-point line ... converted 82.8% (53-64) of free throws ... grabbed 98 rebounds including 27 offensive ... posted season-high in points (20) at Alaska-Fairbanks, in rebounds (9) and assists (4) at Minnesota State.
Prior to UIU: A 5-7 guard from Roscoe, Ill., transferred to UIU after her freshman season at Western Illinois University, an NCAA Division I member in Macomb, Ill. She played in 29 games for the Leathernecks this season scoring a career-high 18 points versus UW-Milwaukee thanks to four three-pointers. Carroll averaged 3.1 points and 0.9 rebounds in just less than nine minutes per game for WIU while shooting over 38% (18-47) from behind the arc and 86% (31-36) at the charity stripe. Prior to her year at Western, Carroll prepped at Rockton Hononegah High School where she played two sports; basketball and soccer. On the hardwood, she was an All-Conference and All-Area selection in each of her first three seasons and earned All-State Honorable Mention recognition twice by the Champaign Gazette. Rockton Hononegah won the regional championship when she was a sophomore and senior. As a senior, Carroll averaged 14.7 points, 7.4 assists and 3 steals a game leading her team to a 28-3 record while shooting 46% from behind the arc. She made 293 three-pointers and collected 520 assists during her four-year career. On the soccer field, Carroll was named an All-Conference First Team player.
