2021: Competed in five meets... had an average time of 31:14.1 in 8k races... finished fourth on the team with a time of 36:02.2 at NCAA DII Central Regional Championships 10k... named to NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence... NSIC Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award winner.

High School: Competed in the Iowa State XC meet in 2016 and 2017.

Personal: Son of Steve and Dawn Dieken... all social-studies and english secondary education major.
