Harms-Eischeid Stadium Policies


Harms-Eischeid Stadium gates and ticket windows open 1.5 hours prior to kickoff.

Peacock Athletics encourages a family friendly atmosphere in the seats at Harms-Eischeid Stadium. Therefore we ask that all attendees be mindful of those around them when considering what items they bring into a game. Please review the list below as a guide for gameday in Fayette.

  • Permitted Items
    • Blankets & Seat Cushions
    • Chair back seats (not to exceed/overhang in bleacher rows)
    • Cameras
    • Radios
    • Water Bottles (must prove to be empty upon entrance)
    • Service Animals
  • Prohibited Items
    • Outside beverages
    • Pets (unless approved service animal)
    • Weapons of any kind
    • Large banners or signs (signage may not be affixed to any permanent structure)
    • For the health and safety of all guests and in accordance with Upper Iowa University campus policy, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Harms-Eischeid Stadium grounds.
  • Tickets - Game day sales (cash/check only) are located at either entrance to the stadium.
  • Will Call & Pass List
    • Will call and advance purchase tickets are available for pickup at the ticket booth located at the north entrance to Harms-Eischeid Stadium.
    • UIU player pass lists and official/unofficial UIU visit tickets are located at the north entrance as well, just outside of the ticket booth on the main sidewalk.
    • Please have a photo ID present to sign for your tickets on game day.
    • We encourage fans to take advantage of mobile ticketing through purchasing tickets online.
  • Season Ticket Holders, UIU Faculty/Staff & Students
    • UIU faculty/staff, season ticket holders or pre-printed gameday ticket holders may enter the stadium at either gate, but must present their ticket/pass for entrance.
    • All UIU students are admitted free with their student ID card, and children under the age of 5 are also admitted free.
  • Handicap Accessibility
    • There is handicap seating available on the main grandstand. These areas are designated with a cutout in the bleachers where a wheelchair or similar type item may be parked for viewing.
    • Handicap drop-off is located at the south entrance to Harms-Eischeid Stadium in the circle turnaround drive. There are select parking space in the gravel lot adjacent to the south entrance.
  • Tailgating
    • Tailgating is permitted in two specific areas around Harms-Eischeid Stadium, with all spaces reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • The main area is the Peacock Tailgate Association Grove, which is located north of the stadium. Motorhomes and RV's are welcome in this area, and it may be accessed by the gravel road off of Union Street, just past the softball field.
    • Please note that automobile traffic through Victory Gate is prohibited on game day.
    • Visiting team tailgating is welcomed in the gravel parking lot for the Peacock Arts & Athletics Center (PAAC), which is located across Wadena Rd. from Harms-Eischeid Stadium
    • The gravel lot located near the south entrance and near Pattison Soccer field is parking only on gameday. Parking is free in this lot, but tailgating is strictly prohibited.
  • Bemiss Distributors Patio
    • The Bemiss Distributors Patio is reserved for Peacock Athletic Fund Members who contribute a minimum of $50 annually.
    • Gifts may be made online or in person, and membership is active for the fiscal year following your total gift.
    • The Bemiss Distributors Patio is the only location inside Harms-Eischeid Stadium where alcohol sales and consumption is permissible.
    • All alcohol must be purchased in the patio area from UIU Dining Services personnel.
    • PAF members should bring their valid ID and be prepared to present it for alcohol purchase.
    • In addition, select concession items are available for purchase in the Bemiss Distributors Patio.
