STRONG START TO THE SEASON… The Peacocks started the season 2-1, earning two dominant victories against Graceland by a score of 89-54 and Newman 64-43. Graduate
Katie Tornstrom has been the leading scorer in all three games averaging 21.3 points per game while shooting 50.0% from the floor and 44.4% from three-point range. She has averaged 4.3 rebounds per game and leads the Peacocks with five steals. Junior

Helen Staley have led the rebounding efforts as Evenson is averaging 7.7 rebounds per game while Staley is averaging 7.3. Evenson has also averaged 12.0 points per game on 48.1% shooting from the field and 41.7% from the three-point line, and leads the team with two blocks. Staley is averaging 5.7 points per game while shooting 53.3% from the floor and leads the team with 4.33 assists per game. Senior
Alaina Brenning has been a great all-around player as she is averaging 5.0 points. 3.0 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game.
HIGH-SCORING INDIANAPOLIS… The Greyhounds began the season 1-2 and are coming off a 98-87 victory over Saint Mary-of-the-Woods. Junior Liv Becker leads all scorers with 20.7 points per game and scored a season-high 34 points on 12-16 shooting while going 4-5 from three in UIndy's last matchup. Junior Elana Wells is averaging 16.0 points per game while shooting 46.2% from the floor, and she leads the team with 5.0 assists per game. Sophomore Patricia Chikamba has dominated the glass this season, averaging a team-high 7.0 rebounds per game and 5.7 points per game. Becker, Wells and Chikamba are the only three players to start every game this season, as four other players have rotated between starting in the final two spots. The most notable player of that group is graduate Jada Haines who is averaging 6.0 points per game, 3.7 rebounds per game and 1.3 steals per game. Despite only averaging 11 minutes per game, sophomore Jada Patton is third on the team with 9.3 points per game and has made 14-18 free throws to start the year.
TEST FROM THE TRITONS… Missouri-St. Louis is 1-1 to start the year, winning their last game by 20 points against Davenport. UMSL has started the save starting five in both games, led by junior Jalysa Stokes. Stokes is averaging 15.5 points per game on 56.0% shooting from the field, and has averaged 3.5 rebounds and 1.0 steals per game. Sophomore Amaya Blake is averaging 13.0 points per game on 44.4% shooting from the floor and has averaged 4.5 rebounds and a team-high 1.3 assists per game. Sophomore Morgan Ramthun has been a force in the paint, recording a team-high 9.0 rebounds per game while adding 8.5 points per game on 42.9% shooting on the season. Junior Audrey Martinez-Stewart has averaged 9.0 points per game while making a team-high three three-pointers on eight attempts. Rounding out the starting-five is sophomore Alex Wolff who is averaging 5.0 points and 2.0 rebounds per game, while making all four of her free throw attempts.
MARK YOUR CALENDARS… Upper Iowa will face Truman State in back-to-back games to start the month of December. UIU will play the Bulldogs on the road Saturday, Dec. 2 at 1 p.m. before returning home the following week on Saturday, Dec. 9 at 1 p.m.
