THIS WEEKEND IN PEACOCK WOMEN'S HOOPS... Upper Iowa returns home for the final weekend of the regular season. UIU will take on the Wayne State College Wildcats on Friday for Breast Cancer Awareness Night before the Augustana University Vikings drop into Dorman Gym for Senior Day on Saturday. The Wildcats and Vikings defeated the Peacocks in the teams' first meetings on Jan. 19 and 20 in Nebraska and South Dakota.

SENIOR SENDOFF... Three Peacocks will suit up for the final time in Dorman Gym this weekend. The trio will be honored between the women's and men's games on Saturday.
Angelica De Paulo has played in 19 games this season starting 12 of them. The Sao Paulo, Brazil product has scored 138 points and pulled down 76 rebounds this season. De Paulo's scored 22 points at home against Concordia University-St. Paul and grabbed a career-high 10 rebounds at Augustana.
Ashley Ray has played in 44 games over the last two seasons making 24 starts for UIU. Ray has scored 189 points, recorded 83 rebounds, handed out 63 assists and grabbed 35 steals. The Ames, Iowa native scored a career-high 14 points twice as a junior and netted 12 points against Minnesota State this season.
Ashley Rosenstiel has been with the Peacocks since the 2014-15 season and has logged three seasons on the floor. The Oelwein, Iowa native has played in 61 games with 25 starts, which have all come this season. Rosenstiel is enjoying her best season in Peacock blue and white averaging 5.8 points, 4.1 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.4 steals per game. For her career, "Rosie" has scored 253 points and registered 189 rebounds, 62 assists, 48 steals and 9 blocks. She set a new career-high of 15 points versus Quincy this season and tied her career-high in rebounds with 8 versus Minnesota State.
SCOUTING THE WILDCATS… Wayne State is coming off of a weekend sweep of Southwest Minnesota State, 78-55, and Sioux Falls, 64-51. With the home sweep last weekend, WSC improves to 124- 13 at home over the last nine seasons and is currently battling for the NSIC South Division Regular Season Championship with AU. The Wildcats are also riding a season-high eight game winning streak. Wayne State is led by reigning south division player of the week Paige Ballinger who averaged a double-double with 19 points and 10.0 rebounds on the weekend. She scored 19 points both nights while also grabbing 11 rebounds.
SCOUTING THE #20 VIKINGS... Augustana sits at the top of the NSIC South standings with a two-game lead over Wayne State entering the weekend, giving them at least a share of the regular season South Division crown. The Vikings fell to Sioux Falls, 64-59 in overtime in the annual "Key to the City" game. The overtime loss was the first conference loss for the Vikings, and their second loss of the season. Augie then defeated SMSU 77-58 on Saturday. Viking Head Coach Dave Krauth sits one-win shy of 600 wins in his career. Junior Shelby Selland scored 18 points both nights, one-point shy of a new career high. On Saturday, Logan O'Farrell scored 15 points passing Katie Krauth for 14th in Augustana program history in scoring.
