Tonight, the Peacocks were in Bismarck, North Dakota to battle the Marauders of U-Mary. Poor shooting from UIU led to their demise as they shot just under 24% from the field on the night while the Marauders shot over 42%. The home team defeated Upper Iowa by a final count of 73-53. U-Mary improves to 9-3 overall and 6-2 in NSIC play. Upper Iowa falls to 0-11 overall and 0-7 in Northern Sun action.

In the first half, Upper Iowa only managed to make 6 of their 34 shot attempts and were never able to take the lead. The only tie came early in the game at 3-3 and from then on, it was all Marauders. They led 14-10 with just under 11 minutes to play in the frame before going on an 18-9 run to take a 13-point lead, 32-19, into the locker room. U-Mary converted 10 Peacock turnovers into nine points of their own.

The home team came out of the locker room with much of the same idea. They started the second half with a 17-7 run taking a 49-26 lead with just under 13 minutes to play in the game. They would go on to lead by as much as 24, 65-41, with four and a half minutes to play in the game and used 10 three-pointers (10-27)  to win by a score of 73-53.
