The Upper Iowa Men's Soccer team travelled north to Decorah to play former Iowa Conference-foe, Luther College, on Friday evening. After 71 scoreless minutes of play, the Norse broke through in the 72nd minute to secure a 1-0 victory.

Peacock goalkeeper, Andy Youde, stopped 10 shots for the match, six of which came in the first half of action.

UIU will take the field next on Wednesday, Sept. 16, when Waldorf College visits Pattison Field in Fayette for a soccer doubleheader. The Peacock men will line up against the Warriors at 3 p.m., while the lady Peacocks take the field at 5 p.m.
