The two losses dropped the Peacocks' record to 4-24 overall and 0-16 in the NSIC.

In Friday's match, the Peacocks matched the Wolves in almost every stat except one. Northern State took advantage of an 8-2 edge in service aces to outscore Upper Iowa by only 12 points over the three games. In Saturday afternoon's match, Upper Iowa again battled their opponents closely, but again found their trouble receiving serve. U-Mary used a 12-5 advantage in service aces to sweep the match. The offense was paced by Deutmeyer (10 kills), Jones (8 kills), and Hageman (7 kills). Jackson (25 assists) was once again the catalyst for the offense. Jones (13 digs) and Meyermann (10 digs) led the defense, while Deutmeyer (4 blocks) was strong at the net.

Upper Iowa will play their final two matches of the 2007 season this coming weekend. The Peacocks will host the Wildcats of Wayne State on Friday night at 7:00 p.m. and the Mustangs of Southwest Minnesota State on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. Darcy Hageman and Keely Jones, the Peacock seniors, will be honored on Saturday prior to the match.
