After the match Head Coach Dave Jackson said, "I feel good about the way we played this weekend. We obviously still made our share of mistakes, but our effort, attitude, and communication were great over the last two matches. We are finally playing up to our potential. Now we have to finish the conference season with the same intensity to make our run at the NSIC tournament."

Upper Iowa will host the Mavericks of Nebraska-Omaha in their final non-conference match. The game is set for 7:00 p.m. The Peacocks will travel to Bemidji State and UM Crookston for two NSIC matches this weekend, Oct. 20 and 21. All three matches can be seen on www.NorthernSun.tv; Tuesday (7:00 p.m.), Saturday (5:00 p.m.), and Sunday (3:00 p.m.).
