Eischeid Softball Complex

The Eischeid Softball Complex is the competition and practice home of the Peacock softball team. The complex was constructed in 1993 with 1994 acting as its inaugural season. The Eischeid Softball Complex received a renovation in 2018 thanks to a generous donation from long-time Fayette High School coach and athletic director, Dick Nihart. The batting cage area was revamped as new cages were installed and returfed. A new retaining wall was also installed in order to improve the field's ability to drain. The complex got an upgrade prior to the 2009 season thanks to a new scoreboard in left field (see below) and new custom windscreens that line the outfield wall.
