Ty Kirkpatrick led the Peacocks with 973 total pins, 194.6 pins per game, and the high-game of 220 pins. Kirkpatrick's tournament average of 194.6 pins ranks sixth all-time in program history. Kirkpatrick was also the only Peacock to pass over 900 pins at the classic. Upper Iowa placed seventh at the Golden Eagle Invitational at the Cherry Bowl in Rockford, Ill. on Feb. 20. The teams competed in five traditional games. The Peacocks' total pinfall of 4,204 was good enough to place seventh overall, ahead of three other teams at the tournament.
