Courtney Romer completed a great weekend leading the Peacocks to a 3-0 record.  Romer won all six of her matches including two with partner Anastasia Dabiza, who also went 6-0 on the weekend, and one with Karli Loewecke.  The junior's doubles victories with Dabiza were by scores of 8-4 and 8-2, while her win with Loewecke was an 8-1 decision.  Romer only dropped one set in singles over the weekend at #4.  She rallied after dropping the first set to her opponent from Minnesota State 6-1; Romer won the second set 6-4 and the tiebreaker 11-9 for the win.  She then dominated her next two matches winning both in straight sets and without surrendering a single game to Southwest Minnesota State or Bemidji State.

Romer’s season record stands at 13-7 in singles competition and 15-6 with Dabiza in doubles.
