Nick Corley led the Peacock defense in tackles with 8, forced a pair of fumbles and intercepted a pass in UIU's defeat over Homecoming weekend. The cornerback and his defensive teammates held Winona State's offense well below their season average in points and total offense, but special teams went in favor of the Warriors to fuel their win.
