Saki Kawabata (4-10, Jr., Osaka, Japan, Osaka Sangyo HS)

Kawabata split both her doubles matches at #1 with Iris Verweij and her singles matches at #2.
Kawabata is now 9-3 at #1 doubles with Verweij and 10-3 in singles play with an 8-3 mark at #2. She is 6-0 in the NSIC in both doubles and singles play.
The junior won her doubles match with the Warriors by an 8-4 count and her singles match over Justine Daane 6-0, 6-1.
Drake claimed both decisions over Kawabata.
The Peacocks (9-4, 7-0 NSIC) split a pair of duals this past weekend thanks to an 8-1 win at Winona State University and a 7-0 loss to Division I Drake University.
Upper Iowa remained undefeated in the Northern Sun with their dominating win over the Warriors.
UIU has only surrendered two of the 63 matches played during their seven duals against Northern Sun opponents including five shutouts.
Upper Iowa will return to the court on Saturday and Sunday, Mar. 28-29, to face the Vikings of Augustana College and the Cougars of the University of Sioux Falls. Both duals will take place in Winona, Minn.
