Upper Iowa University Athletics

Nicky Brown led the Peacocks to a 1-1 record over the weekend with 31 kills and 26 digs in nine sets.  Upper Iowa defeated Minnesota, Crookston 3-1 on Friday night before letting a 2-0 lead get away from them at MSU Moorhead on Saturday.  

Upper Iowa closed out their 2010 campaign with a 9-20 overall record and a 6-14 mark in NSIC action.  The Peacocks tied for 10^th in the standings with Northern State and Bemidji State.
