Lauren Buck (F, 5-11, Sr., Anamosa, Iowa, Anamosa HS)
  • Averaged 14.5 points and 11.5 rebounds in UIU’s split on the road at Sioux Falls and Southwest Minnesota State
  • Recorded her third double-double in the last four games with 20 points and 16 rebounds at SMSU
  • Shot 52.4% from the floor (11-21) and 85.7% from the free throw line (6-7)
  • Added 3 assists, 3 steals and 2 blocks
 
Team
  • Lost to Sioux Falls (86-56) on Friday, but bounced back with an 82-75 win over Southwest Minnesota State on Saturday
  • Olivia Winkler led the team in scoring with 17 points a game and added 4 boards over the weekend
  • Lindsay Carroll averaged 14.5 points , 5 rebounds and 3 assists from her point guard position knocking down five three-pointers
  • UIU shot 43.1% from the field, 32.1% from three and 72.5% at the charity stripe
  • The Peacocks will host Minnesota State University, Mankato on Friday at 6 p.m. and Concordia University, St. Paul on Saturday at 4 p.m.
